I have never used the website always called or went in person. Staff is always friendly and happy to build any arrangements I need. I have asked for one main color with a price I want to spend and they never disappoint.

Got a phone call saying they had a delivery but GPS sent the driver to a different address. Offered them my work address, but still had to call twice to find out where the delivery was. Spoiled the surprise if the flowers for mothers day from my children who are our of state. Would not recommend them. Very disappointed in their service.

Don't order online. They didn't make the flower arrangement I paid for on their website. It was completely different flowers and different arrangement. Pretty arrangement, but not at all what I paid for.
